FundraisingCaring for animals costs
money, so we are organising fund raisers. Information about this
year's event will appear here soon. In the meantime, you can read
about previous events below:
2006
We are doing Torc and Mangerton Mountain end of August beginning
of September this year. For people who would like to take part please
email or call us for a sponsorship form or if you would like to
sponsor us to do the climb call us and we will tell you how to send
your money to us. On the day there will also be a raffle with around
15 nice prizes.
Before the climb we are having a BBQ, around
the end of July where we will
also have some stalls where we will be selling many different things
and for
the kids we will have a big trampoline, bouncy castles and face
painting
and balloons. It is sure to be a great day out for everyone.
We will have some of our animals looking for
homes on the day and also a
whole catalogue of animals who have been re-homed along with their
stories.
We ask the public to join in on both fund raisers and also if you
have anything you have no use for or unwanted presents we would
be very grateful if you would donate them to our charity
Please call Lea on 087 267 3023 or Tina on 087 052 9987
The climb up Ireland's mountain has been done. 17 people climbed
it in terrible conditions. We all made it through and thanks to
everyone who took part in the climb and to help fundraise. Around
2000 euro was raised. Thank you all so much!
